Apadana doesnt work
In last 2 games I build apadana and recieve no envoys! Does anyone have the same problem?

It works, but it seems the first envoys don't show up. We don't know if it is a bug, or if it was changed the description text is outdated.

It works for me but notice that you have to build wonders in the city in which apadana is built

The part "including Apadana" is what is not working as described. Double dipping with policy cards, was fixed in the latest update and is working as intended.

Yep. But decription says that I recieve 2 envoys from building a wonder INCLUDING apadana :(

it is a known bug as of gs update. it will get sorted out eventually.
