Can't find Custom maps after saving
Been playing around with the new map editor, but whenever i save and try to play it, i can't find it in the map menu. Is it the place i save (Mygames/sid meiers civ 6/saves/worldbuilder)?I tried making a brand new map, wich also did not appear on the list. Or is it some settings that i haven't done right?

Edit: tried veryfying files, did not work

Did you see it in Additional Content, and was it enabled? If so, make sure that when you go into "Create Game", that you set the ruleset to the same ruleset that you created the map under, otherwise, it will not be in the list. Thanks, and let me know!

Same problem for me :(
I made a standard-sized map and saved it using the steam cloud. When I tried to import it, I couldn't find it anywhere. It wasn't even in the worldbuilder directory. I quickly created another world and saved it into that directory without using the steam cloud. When I tried to import this one, it wouldn't show a saved map as well. I hope anyone has a solution, because it just cost me 3 hours of work...

Just an FYI, the "Import from Editor" is for maps created in Tiled, an external map editor. We'll be releasing more support for this app in an upcoming SDK update (icon sheets, etc).

For regular map saving, the map will save to the Worldbuilder directory located here:
\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\saves\WorldBuilder\

Make sure to label it ahead of saving by adding test strings in WorldBuilder by clicking the button in the upper-right-hand of the WorldBuilder editor. Otherwise it will show up in your "Choose Map Type" list as "Untitled Map".

Once saved, exit to the main menu, click on Single Player, then Create Game, and the map will be in the "Choose Map Type" list.

I'm using Civ's world builder, so i make my maps ingame.

I'm saving in the right spot then (Awesome!)

It was a save from before the update, that i resaved after editing the upper-left-hand (upper right is in-game menu and Advanced mode buttons) to specify map name. It did not appear in my games list as "Untitled Map" either, it's not there at all. I retried with making a new custom map, did all the requred steps, and that too did not work.

I'm correctly looking under single player->create game->choose map type

I have tried veryfiing files, but that to does not work

Ah, did not catch that you had to enable it as a mod. Works now! Thanks!

I did also create the maps in the in-game worldbuilder. The second map, which I saved in my files, now appears in the choose map menu. What I still don't get is where the other map went, which I saved via the steam cloud. I can't find it anywhere, not even in the directory where I saved it

Hi, I just created a second map. Now I keep getting an error, (First Error was a Mod needs to be Disabled) <-- I found that my Production Queue was doubled?? So, I took my Production queue out of my Mods (My only other Mod besides World Map). Now the new error is [See lua.log] Now... I cannot play either Map??? BTW... Both maps are names Untitled Map... Any way to change that as well?

Do you know if World Builder maps can be saved to OneDrive or Steam Cloud, or does it automatically save to the cloud when you save it. Because I know my map is saved I just don’t know if it’s saved on the computer or the cloud. If it does not automatically save to the cloud could someone tell me how to save it to the cloud, because I can’t find anything online that says if World Builder maps save to the cloud or not and I am getting a new PC and I don’t want to loose my map.
