What women leader is the best?
I'm just wondering what women is the best to pick, either to fight early or to get production easy/quick or sci. I'm not sure really, I'm just interested to know what peoples opinion is on who is the most good and who is the worst/ not so good.

Gitarja, unless you're playing on a map with a lot of land.

Seondok is top tier, and straightforward to play.

hi..

seondok for science victory

jadwiga for religion victory

amanitore for score or domination victory

gorgo for culture.

my choices, though any one of those leaders can be strong across any win type.

all the best.

Seondok for science victory that is if you can keep every other player from killing her.

Kristina for Culture or Diplomacy.

Gorgo is also a great culture win.

Wilhelmina is my favorite for the Dutch. She is a true all around win Civ. She has a very strong economy and with money there is not much you can not do. In addition she puts out some Polders and culture bombs for harbors.

I have not played Jadwiga, Amanitore....yet.

If you love to build early wonders and have lots of rivers...pick Cleopatra. She is weak from the Middle Age on.
Historically none of them

Thanks for the reply.

Thank you for your help. I feel like I want to be a domination civ but also have good production or sci if there is one. If not them any ideas for who might be good for me is welcome. I do love Tomyris but not sure about her since I need a good spot for production unless there is a small way around it, but also not really interested in faith as it seems useless unless I'm wrong and could be powerful in some way.

I don't really have a great build order for her so maybe thats why I'm finding her a bit hard to either kill someone early or get good production I will admit that I have not very much expirence with the game but have seen a lot of videos and goggled a lot but can't find much of a recent build order. but I also know it depends on the map.

Depends on map settings but if you play with a decent amount of water and lots of resources, legendary start, max city states for big chance at auckland etc. Gitarja is crazy OP if you know how to play here right. She totally dominates everything. Crazy production, gold income, faith you name it. Skipping the earliest wonders and setting up for total domination in all areas from industrial era and up. When you can build her Jongs, basically every coastal city is your city, if you want it.

Wow thats sounds mental. I play on pangaea maps with standard settings not a fan of water maps. lol

Faith is pretty useful even if you never get a religion. Think of it like gold but you can only use it for a limited number of things.
For everyone: Great People. This is very expensive but available to everyone at any time.
Rock Bands and natural parks: if you want a culture victory, these require large amounts of faith late-game.

If you have maxed out Moksha governor in a city: Can build districts instantly in his city
If you are the suzerain of Valetta: Can build walls, granaries, monuments and water mills in any city for cheap. This is probably the best one but requires Valetta in the game.
If you have Theocracy government: Can build land units. This is probably the best one for Tomyris and it means you can save up faith until you get this and then get a ton of horses or whatever you want.
If you are in a Monumentality golden age you can buy settlers and builders for cheap. Really good one for everyone not doing anything else.

There might be more that I missed but all of these put together makes faith a pretty good resource to have.

Thank you for explaining it to me, that's pretty neat that you can buy stuff with faith.

Check out Zigzagzigal's guides under that tab. Although they might not be up to date with Gathering Storm most of the information within them is essential for learning each Civ's strengths and how they intertwine with the policy cards, governments, religions etc.
