Why can i not build the Temple of Artemis?
Its requirement is next to a camp? Are the truffle improvement not a camp? It only lets me build it on top of the sheep but not next to the mountain? Why?

You don't have Bronze Working yet, which allows to remove rainforest. You can't place stuff on jungle without having researched BW first.
