New Pantheon bug??

Under the religion tab it says you must accumulate 25 faith to choose a pantheon. I have 35 faith but haven’t yet been given the option to choose one. The dialog doesn’t come up. Not until I have 60 faith doesn’t the dialog come up allowing me to choose a pantheon. By then, only a few crappy ones are left. Why can’t I choose a pantheon when I have enough faith?

Does the faith needed change, by the speed of game your playing? i.e marthon/quick/online?

As each civ selects a pantheon, the required qty of faith goes up. So, the first one there gets it the cheapest.

I don't recall ever spending more than 25 faith to choose a pantheon. I don't believe that the cost escalates if others have chosen one before you.

Also, I only play on Standard speed, and without mods. The cost to choose a pantheon will be higher on longer game speeds, and lower on shorter speeds. And of course, a mod could change the cost or how the cost is calculated.

I am playing on standard speed. The entire time, the religion dialog says 25 faith needed for a pantheon. If the requirement is going up, it's not saying so. I have 50 faith, and the religion screen says 25 faith required for a pantheon. By the time I get to 65 or so faith, I can pick one but by then there are only 5 left. And again, the entire time the religion dialog says 25 faith needed for a pantheon. I got a relic from a hut on turn 6, so there's little chance I should have been worse than the first or second to reach 25 faith. What is going on here?!

Hmm. It's possible playing on different speeds has messed me up, i would have sworn it went up. I'll have to pay close attention need new game.

Different speed i played on marathon and it takes 75 faith.

Are you using any mods?

I'm using the YNAMP mod

This might be a change that has been made intentionally with that mod, or it could be a bug with it. You could check the workshop page for that mod to see if this behavior is explained there, or ask in the chat on that page for someone to clarify your situation.
