For your own win condition you must...(With any leader EXCEPT Seondeok (Korea))
1. Found a religion and not lose it throughout the game. Losing religion is considered fail state.
2. Your first 2nd tier government must be "theocracy" and once you get theocracy you may not change it.
3. Never once slot inspiration, rationalism, liberalism, nobel prize policy cards.
4. When scripture policy card becomes available you must slot it and it must remain slotted to the end of the game.
5. When wars of religion policy card becomes available you must slot it and it must remain slotted to the end of the game.
6. Win technology victory
Actually, this sounds fun. I think I'll do it tomorrow.
edit: All victory conditions must be enabled. Accidentally winning any condition except technology is considered fail state.

I was thinking about listing policy limits to commerce because that would be more a Morgan thing and because it's the obvious crutch, but that's making it too hard when the inevitable wars happen after 1900 (because I don't think it's possible to win early) and with no economy you have no army.
She's one of the leaders in Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, so one might presume her time on Earth concluded with leading her faction to what's equivalent to a space victory.
Also, I'm in the midst of such a game. Got Cree, sandwiched in between France and Poland with only 4 decent cities. The start was not optimal, but I'm about to start breaking out, having just now discovering bombards. It would have been easier had I not needed to struggle to keep my religion between 2 aggressive civs with religion, but soon I will have the continent to myself. I might not even have a spaceport until 1700ad though :(. At least it's not boring.
