Does Mohinjo-Daro and Aquaduct stack?
Does anyone know if you can stack the Aquaduct and Mohinjo-Daro's full housing Suzerain (sp?) abilitie?

ie if you have a city with out fresh water, build an Aquaduct and have Suzerain with Mohinjo-Daro will you get 11 houses (5 from Mohinjo-Daro and 6 from Aquaduct) or 7 (5 from Mohinjo-Daro and 2 from the Aquaduct), just 6 (because the Aquaduct invalidates Mohinjo-Daro)?

No.
How Aqueduct works is that it sets your housing from water to 6, or adds 2 housing if you have fresh water (fresh water is 5 housing, so it would only give 1 otherwise). It does NOT add 6 housing, ever. The most it will add is 4 if you had no water (which gives 2 housing)
Since you have fresh water due to the city state you will gain 2 housing from the aqueduct.

Basically, aqueducts are complete garbage if you have fresh water, poor if you have coastal water, and equivalent to an average neighborhood (but cheaper) if you have no water.
Unless you're Khmer, whose aqueducts give them an amenity, 3 faith, and give +1 food to adjacent farms, which make them amazing most of the time. And the Roman's Bath replacement, which should be built in every city you can because it's insane.

Thanks, I figured as much but didn't want to waste a precious tile experimenting to find out, as I figured that a district (or Wonder) would be a better use of the tile. Especially since I tend to go out of my way to Suzerain Moninjo-Daro because sometimes there are spots that don't have lakes or rivers that have resources that are just too good to pass up, or a need to get a contigous boarder.

Lack of water isn't too big of a deal. The city will be smaller until you get Neighborhoods but it'll still be able to be useful. Also cities that aren't near fresh water/mountains tend to have a lot of farmable land that you could use to generate a decent amount of housing.
