Not receiving Black Death achievements

Hi there. I have been working on the Steam achievements for the Black Death scenario. I do not have any mods, but I have all of the DLC. Anyway, I first beat the Black Death on Deity with France, and both of the relevant achievements showed up just fine ("Danse Macabre" and "Santé Passe Richesse"). In addition, I got the "Medieval Medicine" achievement earlier on.

However, upon playing again as the Holy Roman Empire, I deliberately tried for the "I'm Not Dead Yet" and "Aggressive Strain" achievements. The first one requires that you win the scenario after turn 80. I won it on turn 82 or 83. The second requires that you conquer five cities and then win. I conquered five extra cities. Unfortunately, neither of those achievements showed up on Steam for me. All I got was the achievement for beating the scenario as the Holy Roman Empire. I am annoyed as it took a bit of work for me to get the "I'm Not Dead Yet" achievement.

As I said, I do not have any mods, but I do have all of the DLC. Is this due to me having DLC? Thanks!
