Wisselbanken Civic does not appear to be working
It says it increases the Alliance points by 25%. It is not, I am Cree. Great game.

I was seeing it work fine last night. I want to the Alliance page for an allied leader and saw a bonus for "from other sources" which hadn't been there before and was 25% more than my prior total.

I should clarify that's a per turn bonus, it doesn't boost you total. I wrote that poorly
