Can't create a game

Hi,

When I go into the options to create a game theres no options for anything, it has all the categories like ruleset and civ but when I click on them to choose one there isn't an option.

Is anybody else having this option? wanted to get in a game before the expansion but it's look like I'll have to refund it instead if the game just doesn't want to work instead.

Are you clicking on the words or the tiny down arrow at the right hand end which is what drops down the list of choices?

I'd start with verifying game files and disabling all mods to start. Sounds like some files didn't get on your computer correctly and it's messing up your options.

I've already done both and it's still not working, I've tried clicking on everything there is to click on and nothing works. <sigh> Guess I'll try a completely fresh install and see if that helps

I've tried a complete uninstall and reinstall, verified files again, restarted, still no options when I try to create a game, and when I try to create a game it just crashes and wont let me close it.

Delete the folder Sid Meier's Civilization VI from My Documents/My Games

Then verify game files again and after that try to launch the game again.
