And yes, R&F is the newest ruleset by now.
So if someone played with the Rise and Fall ruleset would they be getting everything from the base game and then some extras, or does it takes away from the base game also?
So it will include all major things from base game that Rise and fall didn't change to make it work better with new content.
If it changed in Rise & Fall you will have the updated version that make it work with all the new additions.
