Note the steam store page lists only windows as a compatible OS
You can't have the refund because they can't tell whether you were playing the expansion or not - as the refund policy states, for DLC it's about how long you spent playing the game once the DLC was available in your account.
Grrr still a little frustrated, but I'll survive :)
Probably would be here as well if it were the same devs. Firaxis makes the game, but only for windows. Their publisher/owner (2k, then above that Take2) then have Aspyr, a different dev, port the game to Mac and Linux. Kind of a strange setup. Now there is of course the iOS version as well. Wonder if they'll do android to top it off.
It clearly states for Windows only. Took me 3 seconds to realise why it wasn't downloading. Two hours is hilarious.
