Pour jouer en multi avec le contenu de l'extension, il faut que tous les joueurs possèdent l'extension Rise and Fall ou seulement l'hote de la partie ?

Well, it's not out yet, so no-one has it.

However, I expect that, unlike most of the smaller DLC, everyone will need the expansion, because it changes so much in the game.

I'm sure some people will still be playing vanilla MP after the expansion comes out, though.

In Civ5 all players need to have all the DLC to be able to have that DLC enabled in the game.
That also goes for all the smaller DLC's. In that regard is Civ6 different already.

So it's a bit hard to say.
