There is "Delete" and "Quit" buttons in the top left corner after you click on "Join Game", but the problem is that if it's your turn (which it was for me) it will auto load the game before you have a chance to look then crashes once it loads (it might be possible to click it fast enough if you know where to click immediately, but i found another way and have deleted it so I can't give it a try).
My solution was to have the windows network connections window open (along with Civ 6) with my network adaptor listed in it then click back to Civ 6 and select the game from the Play By Cloud - My Games window, click Join Game, then click back to the network connections window (i'm running in windowed) and right click on network adaptor and click on disable just as it joins the room and shows all players (staging area), it then wont load the game now, click on Delete in top left corner of page, say yes to 'are you sure' box (it will start saying it's deleting and will sit there), then go back and re-enable connection then wait 5-10 secs and it will finalise the deletion.
That should give you the time to delete the game.
I also tried quickly clicking on Delete when i was loading my game up today and it still loaded the game even with the 'are you sure' box up so i think the disconnecting network option is all that can be done at the moment that i know of.
Oh well hopefully they can solve that small issue in the future :)
The problem started when I copied a saved game (saved at turn 1) with my son that had crashed, and tried to restart the copie for a second chance to play the same game. It did not work... he cannot join, it still is my turn and I cannot do anything because it goes directly to the "Mod missing screen". So it seems I never can go to a screen where I can delete this unplayable game.
