My favorite quote (not from Civ 6) is :"Fast, Good, Cheap. Pick any TWO" which applicable to almost any situation in life, particularly in government (including the military) or business. With the implied corollary: "REALLY Fast, Really Good, Really Cheap. Pick any ONE"
Some of the quotes/comments/messages in Civ 6 are good and serious and interesting, others are so far from being true that they are obviously meant to be impossible and funny or sarcastic, but their very impossibility makes you think about or consider what was really true or happened.
I really loved and enjoyed the messages and short video clips for many of the Wonders and gaining Techs in Sid's Alpha Centauri and Alien Crossfire.
Another favorite of mine, I think came from an earlier edition of Civ: "The only thing worse than being talked about, is NOT being talked about" which applies perfectly to all of the people we read and hear about in the news, newspapers, and all the other media.
