How To Swap Tiles

I stumbled across it accidentally when I first picked up the game and I've been trying to figure out how it's done again but I can't find out. A little help would be appreciated in this, thanks!

Open the city that doesn't have the tile by clicking on its name. Click on the manage citizens button (has a head shown on it), then click "swap" on the tile you want to transfer.

Keep in mind that tiles outside the 3-tile circle cannot be worked by a city.
Also, tiles with districts or wonders cannot be swapped.

Damn.... I knew that might be an issue when I built the Petra on a city tile just barely on the desert. I had hoped to come settle another village nearby surrounded by desert and swap the wonder over for the massive food bonuses basically making the settlement viable...luckily I read this before I hit that settle button! I get districts...but wonders....come on now lol.
