I wanna know if this is the ultimate version but I guess it isn't so it's just a rip off and a waste of time.

Just reading the posts on here shows how bad 2K is just ripping people off. Screwing over the early adopters, trying to sell half an ultimate edition. And ofc the usual practise of releasing a skeleton framework of a game and charging hundreds of bucks to get any actual content.

I knew this was a bad game when it was released, just wanted to check if it still a bad game and it is.

they usually put the so far released content on a heavy discount before releasing another big and pricey DLC, I was wondering the same thing as in, if they will have another big DLC incoming I think that's what OP was asking?

platinum edition on Steam includes gathering storm, rise and fall and the scenario packs (at least that's what it looks like)
