Civ6 What about VPN?

I have a big problem i bought key that i didn't know that it is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ russian seller wrote it's GLOBAL and I needed to activate it with VPN. Now when i go to game my account is Online, it doesn't show i am in game Civ 6 (It's after Turn off russian VPN and turn on my country VPN) Seller has written to me that when I prove that this problem is because I activated it on VPN i will get payback when I will prove that this problem is because of VPN. What should i do?
