River Goddes doesn't give +2 faith per improved river tile
Enough said. Had and improved pasture and wheat field on rivers and when I took river goddess THey did not shoe +2 faith, even after the trun was clicked.

Many of the pantheon improvements are based now on improve resources of a specific type and aroundthe holy site. However, it plainly says "improved river space"

SO,,,does not work as far as I can see, unless it is only the improved rover spaces around the holy site, but that is part of the second bonus specified.

I just checked the civilopedia and all it says that river goddess does is give +1 Amenity if holy site is next to a river. Other than that i have no idea as i dont remember exactly what each belief does. I have a couple favorites that i usually go with and dont worry about the others.
I was gonna start a new game tonight anyways so when i get to the pantheon ill check it out further and see what it says on that screen. +2 faith per river tile does seem kind of overpowered to me as many rivers as there are.

They revamped all the pantheons, they are very powerful and are very specific. I personnally like the creation one that can get me +4-5 diplo points per turn once I build my holy site next to my capital. Of course this is for Greece. You will Rule the minor civs if you do this. Make sthe +5% Culture really powerful per If you Are suzarian of 4+ CS. Sometimes a lot more.

Whats your source? Ive looked at the civilopedia, ive started a new game and got to pantheon and those dont say what youre saying, ive looked at the patch notes in the sticky thread here on the forums and those notes dont say anything about it either. I looked on civfanatics and there is nothing there saying anything about a revamp of pantheon beliefs either.

Im betting you use the "bear's mod-religious overhaul" mod which is more than likely not going to work right now with the patch like a lot of other mods.

Pretty sure river pantheon only gave +1 amenity. Which can be powerful if used corectly
