In either case, I think the answer is "no".
TBH start menu or main menu would be good . atm the only way to look at it is in a game session . i like to look at stuff befor i stat a game sometimes . TY for replying
they had a PDF file with mostly all info on civilopedia, but it was before the DLC's and updates. don't know if it's updated (or even if it's still there)
I dont see civfanatics on there anymore . TY anyways
