bank with great works slots?

is my current game starting to lose it, i have bank in one of the cities which says it has two slots for any work of art.

i dont think i have seen this before, civilopedia does not mention this, and none of the other banks in other cities have a slot.

anyone seen this?

There's a great merchant (?) that builds a bank with great works slots. I've only seen it once, so don't recall the details.

That's Giovanni de' Medici, from the Renascense Era. Grants a Market and a Bank in the comercial district and the bank gets 2 slots.
