first, map joystick to movement too, not just dpad. We don't need the precision of a dpad in this game and joysticks are more pleasant to use. second, the rotation icons are confusing. it would be far better if the bumper was ALSO on the side that will become up when you press it. Which would be easy, i think, if you have the arrows pointing up not down (but you'll also have to swap what left and right bumpers do from the current mapping). As is I repeatedly guess the wrong one and rotate in the opposite ...

this is really nice so far! :D I haven't gotten through very many levels in the demo yet, but I really like the sprite work and the sound effects, and the music, all match each other very well :D fun concept too! I could see myself wanting an "undo one move" button especially now that I'm far enough that I can fall off the level, but probably fine if not since so far the levels all seem short enough. nice work so far and looking forward to playing more!...

Seems a bit early to release given the not-great controls. Hopefully you plan to continue to polish?

hi! :D I was on level 18 and somehow I got stuck inside the rock :O I'm not 100% sure how I managed this so I don't know how helpful the feedback will be - I was trying to rotate and jump on top of/over the rock so maybe it was a combination of using the WASD keys and rotating too close together? it was kind of cute to see duckthing with their face all smooshed up inside the rock haha but I had to restart the level. still enjoying the game! <3...
