Cant get the Servo Acievement, is it glitched?

I maxed out the upgrades and despite that they really don't change much when it comes to your level to level progress. Honestly pretty big let down. If you manage to unlock all the prestige upgrades it should really feel like the effort was worth it. It just doesn't....

I found it was best to play until level 3, the Doge level, and then simply playing it the whole time, and getting all the upgrade, grinding through until you have enough to buy the last upgrade for length, and then instead of upgrading to it choosing to reset the game. Then you will get about 55 of the other currency you can use to get permanent upgrade, and the blade skins. Took me 1.4 hours to 100% the game by doing this. Though I only played like 5 levels in, because I got annoyed with how long it took...
