Did you have the .ini modifications active on all your screenshots ?
Too bad the workshop mod seems so complicated but might give it a try.
I have an old IPS Monitor and even if it's calibrated it is much darker than newer Displays.
BUT i don't like Monitors with brightness turned to the max.
If you read carefully i have write informations under every Picture so you know what effect or mod is used

You need to move the mouse while viewing the pictures to see the text on the left bottom.

It's a lot easier on the eyes thanks to you. Now I just wish the cam stopped panning in/out so often but feels great otherwise. :)

In Reshade menu you can choose which filters you want enabled. It's the Home key to open it (llok up what key that is if you don't have a US keyboard). Knochenjonny's presets will be ticked you can just tick/untick what you prefer.
Within the Content Browser, go to packages -> WellingtonGame ->Content -> UIOrgUPK -> WELLINGTON_POSTPROCESS.
Right click on WELLINGTON_POSTPROCESS and click “Fully Load”.
Right click desired Post Process Chain tile and click Edit Using Post-process Editor.
