Fable Explorer (Shadownet) Trouble

Scoured the umbral planes for help, but for the life of me can't find anything. I'm trying to get this old hood/mask mod to work, but every time I try to load the .fmp it gives me the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error. I've quintuple checked to make sure the registry path is false and the install directory is correct, while also opening the names and game .bin as apparently that worked for some, with no results. I'm sure it's a error on my part, but I can't see where I've screwed up, so any help is greatly appreciated. Also perfectly willing to fully detail what I've done so far.
