Saves not working

So I recently had to reinstall Windows on my computer, I stuck my Fable Anniversary saves on a USB pen because I had so many characters I didn't want to lose.
Windows got reinstalled, as did Fable Anniversary but when I put my save games in every location I could think of (Documents/My Games/FableHD, Documents/Steam Cloud/username/FableHD, D/Steam/steamapps/common/Fable Anniversary/WellingtonGame/Cloud) they don't appear when I launch the game.
I checked the properties of Fable Anniversary from the Library tab in Steam but there was no cloud storage.
Any help would be more than greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

I forgot to mention, my Fable Anniversary was on the same version when I grabbed the saves as it is now.
