Developer, Why did Lady Grey disappear completely from the game after marrying her?

It's been years since I've played, but afaik you can kill npc's, so she might be dead. (correct me if I'm wrong)

Same thing happened to me. At first she was bugged and I couldn't interact with her (no voice lines or anything) then she completely disappeared.
