How to open world map?

Besides loading screens, how else can you view the world map?

Press F (default key) to open the in-game menu and scroll across to the MAP tab. From there, you need to go to the right sub-category and it'll give you a full-view of the map which you can move with your arrow keys.

I wish they'd let us bind keys to open up specific tabs... like I for equipment, L for Quests, etc. :(

I don't know if that would be possible but mouse cursor support should help (which is coming soon apparently).

It's definitely possible, but I won't hold my breath that they'll implement it.

thanks for all the responses, right after making this thread i realized i should check that god awful menu system that I try and avoid as much as possible. Tadaa.. map.
