bordello problem

I'm at the bordello, got the red wig and a 3 part dress, but it just won't work: talking to grope, the mdam or anyone else there gives the normal hero response...

That's not how you do it. I thought the same thing. You don't need the wig or dress. If you want to know what to do... read on.

Buy several beers and get Grope drunk. After a certain amount, you can escort him upstairs to bed. He'll mutter the spot; to dig up the deed, in his sleep. Just dig it up and you're good.

Actually, this is what you need: wig, upper dress, lower dress, dress gloves and NO footwear.

Each time you speak to Grope and after the cutscene (which you can repeat over and over for 1000 gold), you'll just need to re-equip the upper dress, lower dress and dress gloves.

Finally got it to work after I bought the *bright* dress (had the regualr one and no, wasn't wearing any shoes) and changed my hair and beard from what I had received in jail. Not sure which of the two (or both) was keeping this from working earlier. I suspect the goatee beard as it was a kind there seems to be no card for.

That's one option, the Rocky Horror way is the other.
