Shove Ha'penny Controls?
The help section in game says to first move the mouse to set the coins horizontal location, then left click. Then you can set the power of the shot with the mouse, then left click again to "send the coin on it's way".

However, for me, I left click once and the coin just flies off without ever having a chance to set the power of the shot, always resulting in the weakest shot possible.

I've tried everything I can think of, as well as tried every key. I found that (Tab) which I have set to "Toggle Passive aggresive Mode" will also shoot the coin, but without ever having the chance to set the power still.

I'm probably missing something mindblowingly simple, either ways I'm stumped. So I thought I'd ask the fine denizens of the steam user forums =P .

Thanks in advance ^_^ !

I've been playing with a controller. Since they are still working on the KB/M settings, I suggest using a controller is your best bet until then.

Same here... I would like to know how to fix this. I don't have a controller.

Found a fix, been trying pretty much everything.

When holding T (It's the button for Toggle First Person Targeting) and then press the left mouse button you can change the power of the shove.

Hope this helps!

Hold it when you pick the position, don't click it.

Hi. The controls seem to be working fine for me - I think what your missing is you hold down the Left Mouse Button, and then move the arrow with the mouse - the further from the coin the arrow is, the more powerful the shot - then let go of the Left Mouse Button. This will fire the coin.

It's one of the first things I tried. I've tried every combination of tapping and holding keys and buttons there is. Everything just immediately shoots the coin without ever having a chance to choose the power of the shot. I've even tried the beta build.

I also tried resetting all my controls to default. Same deal. It's not too big a deal. It'd still be nice to get it working. I'll update this if I ever work it out / fix it. Any suggestions?

Oh, that is weird! Have you tried a different mouse? Could it be something unique about your mouse causing it? Have you got latest mouse drivers? Does it work ok with a controller (if you've got the chance to test it)?

It's a Logitech G500 Mouse. I updated it's software about a month ago when Metro Redux released. I have an official X360 gamepad, I'll test it now ... (Testing) ... Yeah the gamepad works normally, K&M Doesn't. I returned it to the normal build from the beta one and verified the files, tried again, same thing.

I don't currently have another mouse to test. I'm at a friends place and he has the same mouse, I'll need to wait til I'm home in a few days.

I have the same problem as PilchareD here, I also tried Siha's fix, but it didn't work. I'm still trying to find a way, but if anyone comes up with a solution I would gladly here it.

I have found a way that worked for me. I simply hold the "Toggle passive/agressive mode" key (for me it's z), then I click on the game board and the shot strengh arrow appears correctly.
