temple quest issues

has anyone had trouble collecting their rewards from the temple of light and the chapel of skorm? I donate gold to the temple of light and get no rewards. So far i've donated about 500k gold without recieving anything but good points. I'm having a similar issue with the chaple of skorm as well.

Where did you get that piece of information? As far as I know, the game doesn't track the day of the week, nor does it consider real time.

IN GAME days not REAL days. Day 0, first day, is a Sunday. So if your Days Passed is a multiple of 7, it's a sunday.


On topic: Temple of Avo shouldn't need much trickery to get it. Just show up semi-evil with 100k gold, save, and donate all of it and I'm pretty sure you're guaranteed.

Chapel of Skorm is the real tricky one. Best bet is one of the larger mercs from Twinblade and Temple of Avo, midnight on satuday night/Sunday morning (Mercs take pay on the hour, so their payment can be used to time it), and somewhat good alignment.

Save a couple hours before midnight. As said above, Sundays are a multiple of 7 in Days Passed which is at the bottom of your hero stats page. So Saturdays are 1 less than a multiple of 7 (6, 13, 20, 27, 34, 41, etc). If your days passed is one of those numbers BEFORE midnight you're good.

A Hero's work is never done so all I had time to do was run up and quickly drop off bucket loads of gold and back off to kill balverines with the new silver augmented legendary.

Temple of Skorm: 100% success rate with just the dude in Oakvale, always rushed down to Oakvale before any quests, hired the dude and made my way back during in-game day 6, and yes i did say in-game days in a previous post, got skorm's bow just as it was hitting midnight to go into in-game day 7, it took me longer because i spent some earned experiance to get physical shield to prevent scars, BAM, spent the rest of the playthrough owning "stuff"!
