I did alot of rental properties. Once you get Bowerstone North, money is no longer an issue.

In my case try to stock pile on a certain item then buy and sell the maximum at a trader. I have guile 5-6 and make around 40 profit per item selling 100+ health potions at the Oakvale trader.

yes, haven't any lucky making money with grain sacks and kegs. Since Heroic mode nerfs gold you get from selling so you need a larger stock before you can start making profits based on the supply/demand system.

Get about 50 health potions, go to Bowerstone South general store. Sell all of them, buy them all back, repeat. You'll get 40 gold profit per potion. I think it is around 50 potions for when it starts working. I'm just rebuying and selling over 200 right now on my playthrough any time I need more money.

If you don't have the money to get the potions needed yet then do the card pairing minigame in Bowerstone South since it is really easy and you can bet up to 1000 gold. If places don't have potions in stock yet then sleep in an inn and wait for stock to refresh then go buy more.

i made 10k just doing the card pairing game. super easy now unlike back when i was in middle school. already got weps and armour to last me a good while.

To be honest, I'm sitting on a fat stack of gold (only about half way through) just from quests and pulling off as many boasts as I can. I haven't really found anything to spend my money on aside from mana potions and the new outfits/weapons, which I have plenty for.

But the pub games are about the best way I've found if you want to just grind money.

There is a gamble at Hook Coast, where you flick coins across the table and have to score 20 points or higher to win. Experiment for one or two games, and it is exceptionally easy to learn the exact placement to hit the 10 section all 4 times, which can you earn you about 1k gold every 8 seconds or so.

Buy a home in Knothle glade or in hook coast, furnish it, put some throphies in and leave it be for few days (about 3), then gather your income from house. If you'll get more money, buy next house and do the same, so you'll get more money in the same time. Also gamblers are good way to get money. Or as numberofthejon said, boasts, if you know how to play well. ^^

It's also stupidly easy to make money if you happen to be evil on Heroic. By the time you're in the Arena, you don't need to worry about it. Also boast up your quests, a lot of them are easy to do.

Also avoid the buying and reselling. That does NOT work in Heroic as the mode kills pretty much any profit to be made that way.
