age and hair color
so my character is 21 years old and his alignment is 25(not entirely sure what that means tbh) and his hair just looks like he's 50. it's very gray and i'm wondering if this will ever change

If you're good your hair lightens and turns blond. If you're bad I think it just falls out.

i haven't really seen any signs of blonde, it's just full gray and i'm not sure why

wait until you hit 27, your face will be full of wrinkles like a 50 years old
I believe this is a bug. latest beta patch doesn't seem to fix it yet :(

I noticed this too, my character is 30 and looks like he's 50-60. Will this be addressed in the next patches? I didn't see any mention of it.

hopefully it is a bug, when i started the game my characters hair was white and that...kinda seemed odd. especially when it didn't change after you grew up

can you guys include some screenshots and possibly upload your save files when you are repoorting issues. Makes it much easier to see if it is a bug.

put on ponytail hair with normal beard, and I will completely look like 60 years old man.

Yeah, my character is around 30 too, and he looks old as heck.

Grey hair starts at 37, the old age skin starts at 27. I'll increase those a little and make it more gradual.

That would be great Oman, I had the same problem with my first character. At the age of 27-28 he became old, and I never used Will skills with that save

there's also a bug or at least for me, where you see your stats and your character doesn't show up sometimes after you went down (down to tattoos or magic) and went back up. hopefully these screenshot links work right since steam is acting up. and if you still need my save lmk
