The Modding DLC
So, I tried to start the "Mod editor", but it's not running. Is anyone else have similar issues?

I tried that too. Launching the editor gets an "executable missing" error or something like that. Trying the Launch Modded game option doesn't do anything yet either, though I don't have any mods installed yet. That's probably for future use when full Workshop support is available.

We can't repro this issue in the office. I've created a brand new account, bought the game and downloaded the free Modding DLC and everything works fine. I'm speaking to Valve to see if they can help.

Have you tried doing it on another computer? you might already have the files.

I cant even download the files I selected install dlc button on store page and just changed to launch game instead. I checked dlc content list in game properties and its not even listed there.

Try to launch the game it'll display launch editor.

i looked in bin folder its not even there so what is there launch and hiting the play button from dlc just starts the game not the tools

Launch the game from the library, it'll show up with a editor button that doesn't work.

ok now it seems that option shows up but the dlc still did not download though

We need overhauls for good/evil charecters. I remember my horns being bigger. A lot bigger. A LOT BIGGER. Like seriously . And white glow fom the good charecter's eyes would be nice. Ya now. How i is in TCL

I don't think they can remodel characters but they could probably add a white particle effect to the eyes. (The modding seems pretty limited.)

I think this is effecting people that dowloaded and tried to install the modding dlc on day one.

Not really, nobody seems to have it work i'm jsut assuming they have the files already on their computers.. as y'know they're the developers.

True that. I am digging through my files and do not see a mod exe anywhere.

Does anoyne know where the exe should be ?

The modding executive is located in a lock box. The box aslo contains the credibility and veracity of the developers.
