That was only Fable 2 and 3, TLC had it on hits... but it wasn't nearly as sensitive as it is in Anniversary.
The old system earned you a scar every time you got knocked to the ground - not just through dying. Was a pain in the ass, but definitely nothing compared to now.
actually it is exactly the same as the original you always had a chance to gain a scar from being attacked. this isnt fable 2
it was down through my eye and down my cheek. I almost stopped playing because of it. I noticed it when at the cut scene right before you get to the guild. I think all my scars look cool now. I do the boasts without any armor all the time because i have chest scars.
