Do I have to reach a certain point in the game to get the items or are they lootables or smth?

They're items you can buy in shops across the land.

Just remember that you have to purchase them with in-game gold, they're not free.

they're in shops and i believe you can find them hidden throughout the world as well (don't quote me on that )

Not sure how much gold these will cost but i've looked at the Headbanger and it's pretty useless.
