Heroic Mode, best way to make money?

I'm playing heroic mode right now and so far I like it. However I noticed even with level 5 guile I'm not able to make any money. I'm aware this mode makes it harder to earn money but it's literally impossible to sell items and make any profit at ALL.

Does anyone have any advice on making money? The only way I noticed so far is to steal items and sell them right back.

Best way, and quite a controversial method, go to the Darkwood Bordello (the Brothel).

But before that, you need to buy 3 items from a tailor: dress gloves, upper dress and lower dress.

NOW go to the brothel and have sex with any of the females (the granny is only 50 coins). Once you've slept with her you'll gain access to the second floor and behind you, should be a cupboard. Open it: you'll get a red-hair wig.

Equip the following: red-hair wig, dress gloves, upper dress, lower dress, NO footwear of any kind. Now go to the Madamme (fat women) talk to her and she'll let you start "working" - she'll think you're a woman. From now on, you can talk to male customers and get them to sleep with you for 200 gold. The same can be done to Mr Grope (the owner of the Brothel) - AND he'll give you 1000 gold each time you sleep with him.

Each time you sleep with him, you'll need to re-equip: dress gloves, upper dress and lower dress before you can talk to him again and get another 1000 coins. If you don't like this sort of thing, remember you can skip cutscenes with the "Esc" (Escape) key. Only dialogue is said during a black cutscene, so it's not bad really.

This is an actual part of the game and a well-known exploit.

The arena is a bit iffy on Heroic and I think the devs need to fix it. But yeah, I didn't even think of Arena. Thanks for that :>)

well u earn around 40 000 for completing it.
it is a hard way and it takes some time but it pays of.
u probably lose all your potions but it will make u be able to earn new gear and with that new gear u can hunt down enemies that drop potions.

it will simply make the game a bit grindy but that makes it more fun since the original game was a simple rush through

I found out while playing that the best way to make money is to purchase homes and stores and rent them out. The one house in Oakvale gives you 2.5k each 3 or so days I think. You'd have to grind a lot but if you buy out an area you could easilly make a lot of money. It's still not as fast as buying and selling gems though.

Best way to earn money is by selling houses. Early on, the best house to start working on is the one at Hook Coast. Upgrade the house fully, put your most expensive trophies into the house, and sell the house.

Every time you sell the house, break back into it, take your trophies back, and buy the house back at a reduced price before repeating the process again. You can earn tens-of-thousands of gold in a very short amount of time.

The only drawback is that the +5 evil for breaking in does add up after a while. But that is what tofu is for, and tofu is cheap as ♥♥♥♥.

thats what i do save after each win load after each loss

made 300,000 and have only done the wasp quest
