Where is the Scythe Content?

It is listed in the game as installed content, but I have nothing listed in the content pack in my inventory. How do I get this stuff if it is not added to the game when installed?

Yea kingmaker, I saw some in the 1st vendor, but I thought that it came with the game like all other bonus content.

I kind of like that you have to actually "earn" the DLC in a way, rather than just having a free ton of outfits and weapons in your inventory from the get-go, it makes it feel less "Twinky"

Balancing reasons, do you really want to start out the game with 200 armor rating in everything, with OP weapons?
