Multiplayer l Co-Op?

Hallo zusammen,
ich weis, es gibt keinen Multiplayer l Co-Op, allerdings hat mich eines verwundert.
Als ich in den Settings rumgesucht habe, weil mein PC nun doch nicht der Beste ist, um die Grafik ein wenig runterzuschrauben, ist mir Folgendes in einer Datei aufgefallen:

\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fable Anniversary\Engine\Config

BaseGame.ini

-MaxPlayers=16

- [DefaultPlayer]
- Name=Player
- team=255

....
Ist es doch irgendwie geplant oder war geplant, das man Fable Anniversary so wie Fable III zusammenspielen kann?
Oder ist es in der Unreal Engine einfach nur so komisch gestrickt?

I know there is no Multiplayer l Co-Op in this game, but there is something weird.
I was searche in the settings, because my PC is not the best, to re-set the graphics and found this:

Was it planed to bring a Multiplayer l Co-Op to this game like Fable III?
Or is it the Unreal Engine that is how it is?
