Does anyone know how much all the homes and shop in North Bowerstone cost combined?

I was gonna go donate to the Temple of Avo so I could pick up the Bow of Skorm. And figured seeing as I own everything else in the world I might as well use my temporary good alignment to get everyone in North Bowerstone to follow me out so I can buy it too. But don't want to go through the long process of getting every single person to follow me out only to find out I don't have enough to buy the houses. And there's strangely not a FAQ out there telling me the prices as far as I can tell.

Too bad nobody ever used the Workshop to make a mod that lets you carry weapons in Bowerstone. Would certainly make the work easier for us evil landlords the world over.

...well ******* annoyingly after I do all that and collect enough money to buy the whole place one of the civilians bugs out. Won't respond to anything I do meaning I can't clear out one of the houses.
