Maze request not starting. Help please

I think I might have broke the game.

I finished the quest where you find the seress . I fought Twinblade and beat him but I did not kill him . Afterward, I left the area. But I decided to enter back into the area because I was curious if TwinBlade or some other NPC was there. When I did, my character froze in place and I could not move him. The wholw game was unresponsive. So I reloaded. That seemed to fix it. So I went about my business doing some other stuff like fishing and whatnot. Eventually, I decided to continue the story. I went to Heros guild to see what was next but no quest card is given. And the one guy just keeps telling me to find the bandit camp. Maze is no where to be found. The world is fine and the NPCs. But the story is not progressing.
I looked it up and Mazes request is supposed to be the next quest but nothing it triggering it.
I also have no previous saves from prior to when all this occured.

Am I missing something? Is there some mod I can get that will force the game to progress. It seems a pretty messed up glitch.

Hmmm I would try maybe heading back to Oakvale and see if that triggers anything. Have you tried finding Maze in the hero guild? He is probably at the top of his tower. Those are my 2 best guesses. Cheers!

Traveled to Oakvale and checked his tower. No where that I can find him. Do you know where he might be in Oakvale?

So I figured it out. I will explain the steps in case anyone else has this issue.

On your PC, go to which ever drive you keep Fable Anniversary. I have it on my E Drive. So go to E drive (or whatever other drive you have it)>Stemapps>Common>Fable Anniversary>Wellington Game>Fable Data>Build>Data>Levels. Once there, look for the file "Final Albion.qst." Open it with notebook. Once open, now scroll down until you find:

AddQuest("QS_GuardianSisterInfo2_SisterInBanditCamp", FALSE);

Change False to TRUE

This will reset the finding seress quest. You will have to go to Maze in Oakvale and speak with him and then redo the whole quest over again. However, once you complete it, it will trigger progression again and you should be able to advance in the story.
