Where to get bright plate chest?

I've looked online, and they say Knothole Glad has it, but the merchant there never sells it. I've already done the arena, and didn't have the cash to buy it then. Is there anywhere else I can find it?

Sometimes you can find a traveling trader that sells them. I have found them in Greatwood and Greatwood Lake.

You can also find them in Witchwood, but as said, they're a bit rare, especially the ones with either leg or chest part, can't remember which.

The Knothole merchant should sell it though...

The Arena will sell a full set while you're in there. Certain merchants patrolling have a chance to sell upper and lower halves as well.

The Arena merchant always has bright plate available, if you have the money to buy it. After the Arena the other posters are correct, there are wandering merchants who sell it, though they can be annoying to find.
