Possible msvcr100.dll fix

I tried everything to fix this issue and did the c++ 2010 reinstall and it wasn't working a and i was using the x64 files to match my system but in the end i had to install the x86.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=26999 one of the three downloads will fix this issue just match to system or try them all individually.
