Can you play as a female character?
As the title. Is a female player character an option? I don't mind if it isn't(I adore assassin's creed black flag and dishonored just fine), but I figured asking couldn't hurt.

Nope, very little customization in this game, the clostest thing to customization is playing fashon souls with the clothes.

I know I am quite late to the topic at hand here, but it would actually be story-wise impossible if they wished to keep with canon. Upon getting the the guild in Fable 2. Theresa tells you of the male hero who saved Albion. Meaning canonically the first hero is always male.

I wish you could, cause I have characters written and a few are female. I looked this up to see.

And in reply to @LazyDayz, he wasn't just the male hero, he was her brother. Theresa is young in the original Fable. And you play her brother.

And then you play as a kid that lost his or her sister, so I feel like Theresa relates and also the people who made Fable 2 couldn't come up with anything original.

Not that "original" exists anymore.

Would be hilarious if they made a DLC where you play the aspect of Theresa...
