It was a GFWL (Games for Windows Live) game, and when the GFWL Store closed the game stopped being sold.
Yes it IS on PC, but you had to buy it before the GFWL store closed.
I have PC DVD version.

Well to be honest Microsoft thought when they bought lion head they were getting Peter , then Peter quit .
