Any tips on how to beat the arena with all the boasts?
I specify all of them because doing it naked while also not being allowed to take any damage is pretty brutal. Maybe this is a fool's errand and hazarding an attempt on this specific quest was a failure from the outset. I suppose I could just spam tier 4 enflame, or give up on going naked and just cast barrier for insurance.

My primary issue is the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ white balverine. Sometimes, with no real indication, he will immediately swing again after I block an attack, and he swings way faster than me so it's super unsafe to swing at him unless I let Whisper take back aggro. Did I just answer my own question or is there a better way?

pretty much have other things take aggro like whisper of the creature from Summon and if you can also use turncoat on less balverines/weaker enemies in general until faster and more dangerous enemies are killed.

Have you tried slowtime and multi hit combo. Multi arrow is powerful once you get it upgraded as well.

Slow time + Ghost Sword + A good "Summon Creature" pawn + lots of potions while you're also camping as much as you can near the spinning blades trap, between said trap and the arena's wall, shooting arrows at everything that moves. If any enemies get close, there is a high chance they'll get hit by the spinning trap and in case they're not, you can use the "force push" spell to push them away. Only break the "camping by spinning blades" rule partially when the hobes and bandit waves come while you use slow time to get close to the ranged combat enemies (assassin rush is highly recommended for this, since that spell can teleport you behind the enemy). Once you get them at each wave, you can go back to camping by the spinning trap. If it gets too crowded, combine slow time + force push to get away from there and run to the other spinning trap.

When it comes to the trolls, slow time + multi arrow is your friend. NEVER stop moving while in slow motion because the trolls tend to throw rocks at you each at a different rhythm, so if you're too focused on dodging just one troll's shots and stopping in anticipation of their next throw, the troll behind you might get you. If you get lucky, Whisper might distract one by meleeing it and stopping it's ranged attack, but in case she doesn't, spamming slow time and never stop moving (in very wide strafes, like from one side of the arena to the other) is your best bet. The Scorpion King is relatively easy even without any magic, but once again, just in case, spam slow time while also using multi arrow.

"Take no damage" is a very hard boast during this mission, so good luck. I remember being able to do it only once, and that was way back in OG Fable (not even TLC). I used the above strategy and got lucky with the ranged enemies not hitting me while hunting them.
