you can only run your little shop in rune factory 4
The game that feels the closest (imo) is Kingdom of Amalur. It has some of the look and feel of fable. It has a pretty similar feel in the world, UI and combat departments, but the in game social aspect is completely different. No marriage or karma system. It doesn't have a lot of side details that fable has either.
The Risen Franchise (from Piranha bytes) is pretty good also. Same fantasy feel. Somewhat similar combat. Has some of the side social details and exploration that Fable has, but still no housing or stuff like that.
Don't bother getting fixated on the housing aspect of Fable. The housing in Fable is a pretty shallow mechanic. Other than the trophy glitch where you can make absurd amounts of money in a short period of time, houses don't serve much of a purpose in Fable.
TLDR: I'd check out games like: Kingdom of Amalur (KoA), Risen (1-3), Elder Scrolls Online, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion and Skyrim, and Elex. I haven't played it, but Sudeki looks a lot like Fable as well.
