EXP Farm/Grind
Hello, can someone recommend me some good tips on farming xp? Most of the guides are quite obsolote and the only way to farm is replaying the same area multiple times, the save/load method is not working anymore and the best trick is to use Ages of... Potions that still gives you an incredible amount of xp if you used it when you have CM 20+ but they are limited.

Hobbe cave. Maybe the undead house area?

*Spoilers*

It goes faster with a better weapon - because higher multiplier means more exp. Kill bandits and do good deeds till you get at least +27 or +30 good points (Just play all good from the very start, I know it's under +50 good). Then speed run to Temple of Skorm. Recall back to Bowerstone. Hire the merc. With +27 good points he should be worth 300 evil points at 12pm (a little bit before halfway moon side in the clock).

Make sure you sleep in the bed in bowerstone to make it night time, then warp back to Temple of Skorm. Save the game at 10/11pm (you can count the hours by the gold clicks, mercs get paid on the top of the hour).

Now go to the temple and wait. At 12pm (right when merc gets paid), sacrifice you're merc - skip through all cutscenes. Note it has to give at least 300 evil points. If you don't get it the first time, reload you're save. Keep doing this until you get the bow of skorm. You can only obtain the bow with sacrifices that net you 300+ evil points. (All those other guides telling you to get the big mercs are full of crap - it works, but this is faster because you don't have to make it to Twin blades area). If you are not getting 300+ evil you are not good enough.

Once you get the bow of skorm. Go back to Hobbe cave. Train hobs to entrance. Shoot them all to death with bow. Zone out. Kill the hobs or troll whatever is there with bow. Open door with 14+ modifier. Get Blue Cutlass.

Now farm hobbe cave or the undead in lady grey maybe. You will be able to reach higher multipliers with these weapons and exp faster. There might be better places with these weapons.

With these two weapons, especially in heroic, most mobs will insta kill you so you're exp gain will be really high because the mobs will be harder. The plus side is, you get a lot of exp to level fast. The other plus side is, you have the best ranged weapon in the game if you can't hack the early boost in difficulty.

I've typically found with these weapons I don't even need to farm exp.

Use Physical Shield so you don't lose your CM. Keep walking or teleporting between areas with lots of creatures. Now, I don't know of a way to get lots of Strength XP, but Will and Skill are easy.

Will: Get the Summon spell. Once you have a high CM, spam the Summon button. It only uses a small amount of Mana but gives a good amount of XP. As long as you have lots of Will potions you can gain a lot of XP this way.

Skill: For this you need a large amount of one object (I usually use potions, you probably need at least 50), and Guile level at least 3. Once you have a high CM, go to a shop. The best place to do this is at the Bandit camp, because you can kill all the bandits before talking to the trader, which keeps your CM high. Now that you're talking to the trader, sell all your potions, and buy them back. Assuming your Guile level is high enough, this should earn you some Gold because you're buying them for less than you sell them. Keep doing this for as long as you want. You earn Skill XP for making money by trading, so if you cheat yourself a few thousand gold (enough to get some Plate armour in Bowerstone, for instance), then you should also get a large amount of Skill XP. Your CM will stay high because the game is technically paused while you shop. Using this, you can earn huge amounts of money AND skill XP.

in bowerstone south, get the ages of strength potion, take the quest from the quay area to get stupid facial hair, then when you complete the quest corner the npc who gave it on the bench he's on and fight him to get your multiplier as high as you can go and pop the potion. might take a while, but you can max out strength if you get over 40
