Silver Key Bug?

I'm stuck at 29/30 Silver Keys. I have gone to each key's location using a guide about 3 times now checking to see if I have missed one along the way. It appears that I have already acquired every one of them in the game. But the one I distinctly remember not getting is the one in Witchwood Lake by the statue. I don't think I've ever gotten the prompt to dig there and have manually dug at each key's location again about 3 times now.

I'm wondering if this is a known glitch, if there's any way to fix it and/or if I should just find a way to edit my character's file to give myself the final missing key?

Forgot to add that I'm playing on Hero Mode and the Knothole Glade Blacksmith never shows up either. Don't know if that is relevant at all but I figure it couldn't hurt to provide as much info as possible.

Finally i found out what should be done, in chicken kicking competition we must take second place, 150-249 points. Exactly second place. Even if we take 1st we don't win the silver key.

I had the same problem and i just figured it out for the witchwood lake statue key, the dig spot seems to be in the incorrect location as compared to the original game and lost chapters. Just go along the wall next to the statue until you are on the right side of the statue and still next to the wall the spade icon will show up.

Loaded up my game to try and complete all the achieves did the exact same thing where ive gone through every single one of them 3 times over. Turns out in the end it was what Wielki said. I didn't get between 150-249 points in the chicken kicking game
