any similar games to play while waiitng for the new fable?

the thing is im really waiting for a fable 2 on pc so i can complete my collection i feel like there is similar games to it or maybe not cause the game series is unique to it though i did play the witcher 3, mass effect series and dragon age series. Oh yeah i know kingdom of amalur reckoning is similar to it but im just in a remake waiting room

I've been wanting Fable 2 on PC as well, I have been checking on the emulated version every now and then, they still don't seem to have it nailed down. It IS playable, but you'd have to deal with invisible/glitched ground textures everywhere.

You're not going to find anything just like Fable. However, for something in the same genre (open worldish, story driven RPG), you have the Risen series, Elex and Witcher series.

might try risen i got tired of the witcher 3 like its a good story and already played it 3 times but it kinda gets repetitve

RPGs sadly aren't seen as profitable by pretty much any publisher nowadays. Some live service shooter just sells more and is overall more profitable. When you only care about profit, why would you port an old game over to PC when you could just make yet another BR game that makes 10 times the money?

Like another poster said, you’ll never find a game close enough to be called “similar” to Fable.

If you’re just looking for something that’s an RPG with a third person perspective, there’s the Gothic series, Risen, Elex, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, Dragon Quest Builders 2.

If you’re interested in experiencing something a bit different, you might want to try some isometric RPGs: Divinity: Original Sin, Pillars of Eternity, Baldur’s Gate 3.

i already palyed divinity orginal sin and pillars of eternity and curranlty waiting for baldurs gate 3 and yeah vamprie masqurade is alreay beaten and waiting for the 2nd one though it got delayed

Looks like you’re out of much options besides playing with mods now, lol. The wait will, hopefully, be worth it. I’m also looking forward to Wayward Realms and Avowed, upcoming RPGs rumored to be bigger and better than Elder Scrolls 6... (tbh, I probably won’t be buying ES6 due to how corrupt and greedy Bethesda has gotten).

But hey, you didn’t mention Dragon Quest Builders - give that a look, it’s quite fun.
